Greenfield position, responsible for establishing a Victorian branch of JW Engineering. This includes: business development, site management, project management and personnel recruitment, to provide skilled and effective engineering support to organizations in Victoria.

Responsibilities included: providing advice and assistance to managers and staff at 17 BP Terminals around Australia with maintenance management, continuous improvement to existing procedures and processes and implementing new ones.
