Stock bars with liquor, wine, beer, mixers and glassware as well as my bartending tools and caddies, cut fruit, batch specialty cocktails, fill out a liquor log of product that is pulled. Ensure my fellow bartenders are stocked and help provide support where needed. Run point on being the go-between with bar staff and client/management. Help assign roles to fellow banquet bartenders to ensure we are all set up with adequate time to spare and everyone knows the flow of the event beforehand according to the BEO and any last minute changes. Then clean up at the end of the event cleaning the bars and putting away all the liquor, beer and unopened wines as well as putting away all the glassware and subsequent product.

Greet guests with a warm welcome and inform them of our gaming promotions and food and drink specials. Check ID’s when they look under 35. Adhere to the bar’s comp policy for playing customers. Make cocktails and cook food while then serving drinks and food. Cleaning and stocking the entire bar, dining area and bathrooms. Filling out taxable forms for jackpots. Managing 2 point of sale registers and 3 cash registers. Creating players cards to enroll new customers in our rewards programs. Helping the owner and manager with any assistance they need. Creating a safe, fun and welcoming environment for every guest that walks in the door. Giving a fond farewell to everyone who is leaving.
