As a Country Manager I was responsible for the launch of Book'n'Bloom in Greece & Cyprus and I had to ensure that we meet the company targets and goals. I saw it as building my own business, while it takes a mixture of business development, administration, marketing creativity, analytical brains, and pure hardcore sales work to bring a new country up and running fast. Key Responsibilities:• Market research and knowledge acquisition about the SMB industries, local pain points for SMB’s, and opportunities for Book’n’Bloom.• Create and execute a local marketing strategy to attract customers and clients and allow further market penetration for Book’n’Bloom.• Recruit and manage a local Sales & Marketing force and follow up with growth targets.• Identify, establish, and manage relationships with Channel Partners and Affiliates.• Explore business development opportunities (sponsorships, partnerships, and co-marketing promotions) to increase awareness and visibility for Book’n’Bloom.• Recruit and manage City Managers and their teams when we expand into a new city.• Work closely and tirelessly with our Co-founder & CEO to ensure the success of Book’n’Bloom in Greece.
