- Manage Project ( Piling Works ) from tender stage until project closing- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting- Maintain good communication with Owner/Client- Creating backup justification for Project Closing Report- Manage budgetting and project cashflow- Involved in managing Change Orders to Client and Subcontractor- Coordinate daily scheduling works- Follow up, discussions and presentation for Technical and Pricing on tender stage.

- Manage Budgetting- Creating, Implementing and Controlling Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP )- Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting- Negotiation and Dealing with Supplier- Creating strategy for business development

- Prepare various tender document for bidding- Evaluate Price and Scope of Work- Obtaning management's approval- Negotiation and Dealing with Subcontractor- Prepare Letter of Intent / Works Order in SAP- Involved in managing Account Payable- Involved in managing Change Order to Client and Subcontractor- Coordinate with Finance for taxation issue

- Ensure and manage time, cost incurred in project transfer within the budget and planning schedule- Managing, ensure and follow up quality and availability of material for pilot run, mass production and buffer stock.- Support the localization process- Business development ( Reduce the cost of production and rebalancing products )- Design , create new concepts for jig and fixture to support assembly process- Create new production lines for new products- Capacity analysis for production lines- Propose and present new ideas to increase productivity and reduce defects- Study and propose ideas for improvement flow process- Supporting in deploying Schneider Production System- Implement Quality and Lean tools such as ( Six sigma, FMEA, Fish bone )
