Grupo URBANUS is a business conglomerate in Mexico City and the State of Mexico, which provides goods and services, including the operation and management of filling stations (gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas) for motor vehicles, among other businesses. Grupo URBANUS is beginning a period of national business expansion.• Responsible for overseeing all legal processes within the business conglomerate. • Collaboration with the President of the Group, in the implementation of national and international initiatives, advising on legal provisions which allow the prevention of risks.

When I started working for Grupo Elektra, a specialized financial and trade services company (Banco Azteca, Elektra, Italika and Totalplay), the company continued to transform and strengthen the Group's corporate culture, which led to their position as leaders in Latin America.• Preparation of an annual legal audit plan, in which legal risks are identified and evaluated. The scope of the legal audit extends to Grupo Elektra’s companies in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and Peru.• Preparation of policies and procedures in compliance with legal and company’s regulations.

In 2011, Club Premier was starting operations as a legal entity, due to the fact that it had previously been a business unit of Aeromexico. Although the corporate structure was already in place, it was necessary to carry out administrative procedures before authorities such as the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Interior, among others.• I implemented the privacy notice, as well as the internal regulations established by the 'Federal Law for the protection of personal data held by individuals' (Ley federal para la protección de datos personales en posesión de los particulares) and served as a privacy officer without having any requirements or fines imposed by INAI.• I implemented the internal regulations established by the 'Federal Law for the prevention and identification of operations with resources of illegal origin' (Ley federal para la prevención e identificación de operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita) and served as 'Representative before the SAT', avoiding sanctions by such tax authority.• I effectively coordinated Shareholders' Meetings, as well as the meetings of the Board of Directors, achieving an adequate corporate governance in my role as' Secretary of the Board of Directors'.• I held a 'Power of Attorney' and provided legal support to the company in the preparation of documents in commercial, financial, banking, civil and administrative matters, among others, managing to protect the interests of the company and contributing to the growth and positioning of the business.• I collaborated with the General Director in the implementation of various initiatives, advising on legal provisions which allowed the prevention of risks.

When I started working for Cinépolis, the company was in the middle of an international expansion, which led it to be positioned as one of the leading companies in its area.• I participated in Cinépolis first operations in India and Colombia and was also responsible for incorporating legal entities in Cinépolis Perú and Cinépolis Brazil and thus evaluated several law firms in those countries, negotiating terms and conditions for the provision of their services with top law firms.• I developed and negotiated contracts with real estate developers, as well as with input suppliers, so that Cinépolis could provide services in Mexico, Central America, South America and India. I coordinated the law firms that provided services to the company in such territories.

• I managed all the legal processes for the entry and residence of the company's foreign management group, complying with the times established in the law and its regulations. The foregoing implied lobbying with officials of the National Migration Institute.• I prepared and negotiated commercial contracts with entities from Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, as well as from Germany, which required knowledge of such legislations, as well as advice from local law firms. I coordinated the law firms that provided services to the company in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.• I led the implementation of a system for administration of contracts and administrative processes before the National Migration Institute, which allowed to effectively monitor milestones and terms of the agreements, as well as the status of foreigners who worked for the company in Mexico.
