I currently work as Solution Architect for large outsourcing deals in HPE Enterprise Services. In my role I support sales in the overall deal cycle, from business development to final customer negotiation. I’m directly responsible of customer needs analysis, technical solution, costing, proposal and contractual technical attachments writing and negotiation, managing as team leader the technical staff (IT specialists and IT architects) assigned to the deals.I’m directly responsible of all technical related customer facing activities, interacting with both client IT staff members and CxO executives.I have had experiences with most of the industries in the market: manufacturing and automotive, energy and utilities, financial, distribution.After previous experiences as CBT designer, technical trainer and UNIX system administrator, I’ve worked from 1996 to 2011 in IBM, managing different job roles: UNIX system administrator, SAP administrator, project manager, people manager and solution manager. Following this career path, I’ve had the possibility to doing extended experiences in many IT services areas: IT technical support, project management, people management, global sourcing, solution design and sales.In both people manager and solution manager roles I’ve had responsibility to select, develop and lead technical staffing, including international resources.My technical background is principally related to ERP environment, open systems infrastructure, complex data centre management and business continuity / disaster recovery services.
