Directs Technology group of approximately 25 individuals across the Americas that is tasked with delivering service excellence, efficient and effective project execution, innovative and evolving product management, timely and on-budget delivery of development projects and a resilient system infrastructure. Actively contributes to the design of the Corporation’s next generation platform to ensure that it is resilient and feature rich and he provides pre-sales leadership insight that enables the technology team to work with customers to successfully establish project specifications. In turn, these specifications will leverage the Corporation’s platform infrastructure as required using the latest technologies and frameworks.
