I have also worked on several initial public offering (IPO) transactions in the US and Europe, and have extensive experience in the valuation of assets and businesses using different approaches and methods.I am part of the US Desk at PwC Spain, where I am responsible for the training and technical updates of the group, as well as the supervision of the PCAOB/SOX 404 engagements.
