I was invited to lead the development team, serving as the company's technical reference and ensuring the removal of obstacles faced by the team. During the first 8 months, my primary challenge was to drive the delivery of a pivotal project intended for one of the largest banks in Brazil. This project had been stagnant for three years due to technical complexities, especially those related to performance. Throughout this period, I not only managed to overcome and resolve these issues but also effectively coordinated the team, ensuring the delivery of other products and projects simultaneously. In acknowledgment of my performance, I was appointed as the company's CTO.Currently, I lead the team's technical coordination and serve as the software architect, responsible for cloud infrastructure and the development of new products.
