With over 15 years of experience in supporting innovation through strategic design and design thinking, I am a Senior UX Designer / Researcher at LINKS Foundation, a leading research institute that focuses on creating value for society, customers, and institutions. My mission is to turn technology, data, and communities into meaningful and engaging experiences that improve people's lives and well-being.I have developed a personal interest and passion for design-driven innovation processes, applying and innovating methods and tools for the whole UX lifecycle: in-depth domain investigation, technological scouting, user-centered and participatory processes, design-prototype-evaluate iterations. My field of expertise covers mixed and virtual reality for education and training, augmented reality and service design for community based services, and UX design for health and wellness. I have contributed to multiple regional and EU-funded projects, as well as to private and public entities, in these domains, delivering high-quality outcomes and solutions.
