Deltera Contracting Inc. is a fully integrated Construction Management company with a reputation for delivering the highest quality apartment buildings “on time and on budget”. As a developer, Tridel is unique in that we have our own in-house construction team, Deltera, where we market, sell and build our own condos. About 20 years ago, our executive decided to expand our corporate vision and diversify our portfolio by creating Deltera Construction Management and offer our expertise to other developers. I have been at the forefront of this endeavour, building this function of our business from the ground up. My focus is to ensure that we bring our expertise to a project that results in consistent quality, flexibility, accountability, and transparency at every stage of the build. Our partners have trusted and benefited from our reliability and innovative approach to the planning, project development, and construction of their projects. Early engagement during the planning phases is where we provide increased benefits to owners through assisting with consultant selection, value engineering, and real-time estimating.

  I lead and manage our third-party Deltera Construction Management business. In my role as Senior Vice President, Construction Management, I ensure integrity and quality are delivered and extended to client communities. Under my leadership, we have substantially grown our third-party Construction Management business to include market rentals, non-profit affordable housing, and long-term care and seniors’ housing. My team and I have established strategic relationships with clients which allows us to contribute to providing affordable housing in the Greater Toronto Area.
