Working on Enel’s Global Billing project implementation in Brazil under supervision of Enel Italyand Accenture Italy. Responsible for the meter-to-cash requirements analysis, Billing and InvoicingGAP analysis, blueprint design, solution development and deployment that will unify all three Enel´s Brazilian utilities companies - ENEL Ceará, ENEL Rio de Janeiro and ENEL Goiás under Enel´s FORMAT global template.

Working at the AES Eletropaulo power company with the SAP I-SU CCS solution on the Billing & Invoicing core team. Designing and supporting all billing and invoicing process of AES Eletropaulo; managing billing and invoicing residential, commercial and industrial customers with deep knowledge of meter reading and OSB (On-Site Billing) processes.Directly involved with the support, training and technical/professional development of the Accenture Recife billing/invoicing team.

Worked on the Customer Service CRM (Front Office) team designing, testing and supporting new solutions to all activities involved in AES Eletropaulo the front office: Account Creation/Closing, Changing Billing Plans, Move-ins/Move-outs.

Worked at the Microsoft/Skype project with requirements analysis, code analysis, bug reporting and reviews, design, testing functional and non-functional requirements and test-case automation in Python and using TestComplete suite on the “End to End” Integration team and on the “Click to Call” project using Agile Methodology (SCRUM).
