Ensure that the overall operation of all our Rooms Division departments are effective and efficient. Responsible for coaching and developing leaders, budget, forecast, projects, leading Rooms Division’s meetings, goal setting, cross-training, innovating, improving and leading a team of approximately 1300 people through their respective department heads in Bahia Principe Bavaro Complex of 7 hotels, 3 different brands; Grand, Luxury and Fantasia, 4112 rooms. • Planning, strategy and management of the following departments:• Front desk, Butlers, Guest Experience, Family Concierge, Bellboys, Concierge Service, PBX, Public Relations, All inclusive Groups, Rooms controller, Welcome Managers, Housekeeping, Common areas and Tailors.• Supervise the employee and guest satisfaction index and implementation of action plans to improve the scores• Implementation and improvement of new standards, policies and procedures.• Supervise the employee and guest satisfaction indexes• Reformed and implemented new Best Practices for all the Rooms Division departments.• Led a project to merge Butlers and Public Relations departments resulting in a new departments (Guest Experience and Family concierge) improving guests satisfaction indexes and procedures, this was rolled out across all the Bahia Principe hotels.• Led a project to merge concierge service and PBX departments resulting in better service, and reduced staffing costs

-Started the Butler services operations at the Resort- Worked and won for the 5 Diamonds Quality Award-Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate staff, ensuring that all procedures are performed to the hotel's standards and keeping them at upscale.- Assure all guest needs are met in a prompt and efficient manner while maintaining confidentiality at all times.-Managed a large number of departments including Housekeeping, Front Office, Reservations, Guest Relations, Guest Services & PBX, Room Service and successfully supervised the whole team.-Achieved one of the top employee and guest satisfaction index, awarded with a "Bravo" recognition from Rosewood Hotels, and Resorts-Lead a team who delivered successful, extraordinary customer service and proactively address guest feedback and provide guest resolution.-Maintain a detailed knowledge of guest ratings and comments for owning issues and coaching and mentoring team members.-Assists in compiling shore side reports as needed and meeting forecasted budget expectations;.-Schedule front desk staff, monthly budget reports, launching sales initiatives, weekly inventory projections and room inventory control, implement hotel customer service procedures. .
