The Mario D. Bailey Foundation is a 501(c)(3) - pending, nonprofit organization committed to bringing more resources and opportunities to those in the greater Northwest area, our greater family, who have not been as fortunate as others. Our ultimate goal is to fortify, year-round, those who have been rendered vulnerable with some relief through purpose driven programs that provide meals on Thanksgiving, to creating a scholarship fund for our disadvantaged youth to attend college. • Collaborate with partners to develop and maintain an up-to-date inventory of education and employment programs in King County including basic eligibility/requirements and services.• Establish and maintain communication links with Reengagement partners and community agencies that serve youth/young adults ages 16-24 years old for the purpose of re-engaging youth not currently attending secondary school. • Develop relationships with school district partners to conduct outreach to youth who are dropped out of their schools or are at-risk of dropping out of school. • Develop and implement the regional outreach and recruitment strategy. • Work with students, staff, parents and guardians for the purpose of evaluating situations, solving problems, resolving conflicts, referring to appropriate professionals, and in general support students throughout the reengagement process.

To assure professional, engaging and clear WorkSource communication throughout the WorkSource system and dynamic, standardized marketing materials that effectively promote the WorkSource System and expand our customer base.

Provide case management and crisis intervention for Veterans living in the King County. Assess client's needs in the areas of housing, employment, mental health, addictions and disabilities to create case service plans that address all needs in these areas. Collaborate with community providers to bridge gaps in services and create stability for clients. Employment specialist for veterans
