my role cover these responsabilities:- Is the main contact for the Italian Business Managers and Contact Point (Key User), both for Functional and Technical components , assuring flow up of initiatives and ongoing activities monitoring.He is acting under the lead and delegation of the Group IT Manager.-Supports the business people in the analysis of the business expectations and trends and flow up the recommendation to the Group IT manager -He is aware of business needs and alerts the Group IT Manager for evolution proposals and innovative solutions -Facilitator between Business and IT structure, he supervises the delivery of the agreed services -Checks the Service measurements in relation with the predefined SLA and makes, with the IT Manager, proposals for modifications -Takes active part to the budget cycle for IT maintenance costs and investments -Establish productive, beneficial relationship among business people and IT -Knowing the business reality, provides guidance for projects implementation and supervises maintenance of applications based on Group methodsACTIVITIES -Continuously control accurate compliance of regular services to users, suggest adaptations and participate to escalation problems-Challenges the Business Contact Point (Key User) on the expectations and the scheduling for providing solutions, making sure of the Business participation-Proactively represents the IT in respect of the business , in new projects and enforces IT group vision -Concentrates all the demand of the business in terms of evolutions (equipment & functional solutions)-Integrates innovative ideas and perspectives to achieve results and objectives witha proactive and service oriented attitude -Participate to the communication and information phases.-Helps the Business people for defining the business needs and participate to detailed analysis
