In these departments I coordinate the work for 13 persons own personal and 10 till 20 temporary employees.

As a production manager I was in charge of the production departments; Pressure molding, Grinding, CNC, Powder coating and Assembly and also I was in charge of Production Scheduling and Purchasing.At this time there worked 45 people in these departments. I was also a member of the team for the implementation of a new ERP-system, Infor Visual. My main input existed of the possible changes in production and how to implement them into the system.

In this function I had contacts with customers about deliverytimes. Scheduled and charged production for on time delivery.After a view years I also became production chef for the metal department. The department existed of 25 people and was devided in welding, sawing and platework. I had to make a long term production plan and schedule the work for every single person.The last half year I worked as a project leader, in which function I had to make drawings for production, make production recipes, arrange outsourcing and control the projects on location.In this time I was also a core user for the implementation and continious improvements, for which I did some programming, for the ERP-system ISAH7.Futher I helped keeping the ISO 9001 system in order by having audits as a internal auditor.
