I am an operation director with over than 10 years’ experience working in sales and general management. Starting as young consultant for Accenture (2007), I have worked in many international projects. In 2008, I joined Agenzia Italia, the BPO leading company of Finanziaria Internazionale Group, a dynamic and innovative Italian bank . My career grew up from Business Developer (2008-2011) to Operation Manager (2011-2015) and then Director since 2015. I have worked across several business fields (mainly financial, automotive and non performing loans) and projects (Launch of new services, Performance’s improvement, Change management and Crisis / Restructuring Management). As an operation director I take the full responsibility of the unit’s performance and results transitioning strategy into execution and I am responsible for the development of the people I work with. I am currently undertaking the Executive MBA at London Business School.
