In my role I'm the linking pin between the users and the HRP application. This provides me with a broad and varied package of work, from monitoring the continuity of the information provision, supporting users (training), resolving incidents and informing the user organization on changes. I guide the user acceptance tests (GAT) and prepare transitions. This all within a customer-oriented and problem-solving way and switch quickly and naturally between all levels within the organization. As a trainer I'm delivering high-quality software training, both in the classroom and through virtual classes. I develop training materials and continuously manage and update manuals and instructions.
