I'm in charge of two F2F credit card sales team with more than 130 persons.This implies the development and execution of strategies to acomplish the sales budget, analize market trends, work with other areas to identify sinergies and developing sales strategies to reach portfolio goals.Achivements: - 120% of growth in credit card sales between 2017 and 2018.

During this period of time I was part of a team that developed a consulting project in the second largest family group in Peru, Grupo Breca. The main focus of the project was to identify, between eleven variables, what should be the focus of the corporate office that was created to lead seven companies in different industries such as banking, mining, services and real state. To determine the focus we made a research in other latin america conglomerates in terms of innovation, strategy development and control mechanisms.

I worked for the Latin American Center of Competitiveness and Sustainable Development supporting projects like the Social Progress Index, The analysis of the competitiveness in Costa Rica, The current situation of the agriculture in Costa Rica and the Northern Triangle (Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras), The Win Win Wiki (A tool to develop social progress initiatives), The contents of the course of social and environmental risk management and, with all the team, we work on the development of the strategy for the center.

Banco G&T Continental is the second largest financial group in Guatemala and occupies the fifth position of the Central America Bank Ranking Also. Tasks: Manage the bank’s relationship with Money Transfer companies to increase the market share and improve the bank’s overall profitability.• Visit the commercial and sale contacts of such firms in the U.S. and be the host when they visit Guatemala• Constant communication and support to the bank’s sales force to execute specific strategies.
