For the past four months, I have been a Procurement Specialist at IMAX, the world's leading entertainment technology company, where I design and implement supply chain strategies for Optics, Electronic boards, and 3D Glasses commodities. I have an MBA from UNIS Business School, a CSCP certification from APICS, and over 11 years of experience in supply chain management across various industries.In my current role, I source and qualify world-class suppliers, create and manage purchase orders, negotiate supplier agreements, and create inventory reports. I also ensure timely delivery of key parts by the warehouse, supporting IMAX's vision of creating immersive and unforgettable experiences for audiences around the world. Previously, I led a team of two procurement specialists at UPS, where I developed and negotiated agreements with new suppliers in crucial categories, streamlined and improved existing processes, and collaborated closely with internal and external stakeholders. I have demonstrated analytical skills, assertive communication, successful supplier negotiation, and a collaborative approach to the workplace.
