• ProjectPlus Web: Designed and developed web application used for reporting and for project management. Project engineers and project leads from different departments within EMWD use this application to update project schedules, and project details. The system also integrates with EMWD’s project cost tracking system, time card system, Primavera Expedition system, and GIS system. ProjectPlus Web has helped EMWD’s management to gain the support from political representatives in Washington D.C. since the application also provides project reporting based on political boundaries.• Designed and developed web based Performance Dashboards application. The Dashboards System is used as a tool to forecast expenditures, workload, water consumption and district performance. The application integrates data from different sources including finance, Project Cost Tracking System, HR, Customer Satisfaction, Water Total Storage and others.• Designed and implemented application to manage payment requisitions.• Designed and implemented system to integrate Timecard application data, Project Cost Tracking System data and Primavera P6.• Design and developed Energy Usage Management system to combine and report on energy usage billing data and Fresh Water SCADA flow data.• Design and developed system to review and approve SCADA data.• Design and developed Water Operations Reporting System.
