Launched on Marketing area CRM project to build a Unique Master Repository for Consumers. The solution implemented is finalized to:- create a unique way to collect the Consumers data from Internet - manage the Marketing Campaigns - new way to contact the Consumers. The implementation is based on SAP CRM marketing module.

Support the UK project leader during the rollout of the CRM Service project on the UK market. The SAP CRM solution implemented is to manage the after sales processes.

Processes involved: contact center, consumer order mgmt, financial closure, sales and reporting. Managed internation Team for analisys and developments activities.

EPIC project. Purchasing and Industrial transformation program start on 2005 and complete on 2008. Review all processes in Purchasing and Industrial areas and configured them in SAP R/3 system. Rolled out the solution in 16 production plant in the world in two years (2007-2008) after the first go-live done in August 2006. - M.E.S.
