My primary focus is to be a partner for local and family owned companies to help them in generation transition proces. I cooperate with professionals working in the areas of Family Business Advisory, Executive Search & Management Development.I am experienced in management and execution of international Executive Search projects in CEE region for top and middle management positions as well as highly specialized positions in both English and German speaking environment. I dedicate a lot of my energy to family business clients to help their owners to find optimal solutions in succession planning, further professional development of family members involved in the business, clear definition of the roles of a business owner and a manager and provide consulting in business processes and organization. I support these businesses in placing professional managers from outside the family in key positions. My published articles are mainly about family business topics in leading economical and management magazines and media in Slovakia.
