FAC-C Level III Contract Specialist responsible for planning, negotiating, executing, and administering of several service contracts for several service requirements. I am responsible for the following but not limited to; Administering Inter-Governmental Service Agreements (IGSA) with State and Local Governments, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts, Purchase Orders and Task Orders in assuring compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts, including resolution of problems concerning the obligations of the parties, verifying evidence of contractor's progress, negotiating modifications, issuing termination notices, reviewing contract claims, and conducting contract closeouts. Analyzing and evaluating cost or price proposals and accounting systems data-Planning, establishing, or reviewing contracts, programs, policies, or procedures-Formulating and administering policies and procedures to insure achievement of Federal socioeconomic goals, such as those affecting small business, service disabled veterans small business, women owned small business, and disadvantaged business firms-Developing acquisition strategies and directing or managing procurements-Providing guidance to lower-graded contract specialists, program offices, field offices and user functions regarding all aspects of DHS procurements-Serve as a primary consultant regarding acquisition functions that encompass the planning, execution, administration, and termination of complex and sensitive contracts-Through market research located vendors to increase competition -Executed ratification form for unauthorized commitment by the agency -Communicate with other agencies such as the Department of Labor (DOL) on Adjusted Wage Rates

Gather and analyze data utilizing automated business solutions where assignments were translated into project driven MS Excel worksheets. Complete several administrative duties as assigned. Retrieve mission critical data to improve the agency data integrity for submission to ICE senior leadership. Also, conduct detailed analysis of technical data to senior officials, for critical decision making. Contribute in program planning in an acquisition systems environment. Work as a systems administrator to perform responsibilities in several software packages such as PRISM, and FPDS-NG.

Tested production boards as a Gen-Rad Operator using a in-circuit tester. Performed visual inspections for any missing or damaged components, along with minor troubleshooting entered failing boards and associated defects into a data collection system. Performed final assembly and testing on products during the late stages of production. Inserted components for the circuit board assembly on a production line and packaged boards for final shipping as a Manufacture Assembler and Packer.
