Originally located at Grenoble MINATEC, the MagIA project started as a collaboration between four renowned research laboratories, who teamed up to propose a generic portable Point of Care immunoassay technology. After 12 years of research in micro-magnetism applied to biology, we develop a generic breakingthrough ImmunoAssay technology on which any immunoassay can be easily transferred. My PhD project - the development of an Point-of-Care device prototype - was directly contributing to the MagIA project.

MagIA diagnostics offers a new Point-of-Care system based on a proprietary Analyzer and a single use Cartridge Kit. As head of Industrialisation, I am in charge of industrialising our Point-of-Care cartridge. My main activity is to plan and coordinate the development of our production facilities in our premises.As a secondary activity, I am also responsible for some administrative tasks and our communication efforts.

The four Grenoble-based research facilities Institut Néel, IAB, LMGP and G2ELab are working on a technology transfer project ("MagIA" project) in fast and portable immunology assays. Within this multidisciplinary group, I am responsible for the research of new micro-magnetic approaches to attract nanometer sized biological specimens. Parallel to this, I am working on a fluid-mechanical (CFD) model to deepen the understanding of magnetic immunoassay. Further, I am contributing to the "MagIA" start-up project by developing an prototype of an portable diagnostics (Point-of-Care) device.

The Berlin based "Technology Center Laundry" is developing washing machines, dryers, and wash dryers for the international market. I joined a product development team for a four months internship to perform empirical model based Big Data analyses on future products.• Using existing experimental data sets, I build a Mathworks® Matlab model to predict ageing behaviour of new products improving their development speed• I verified the model experimentally

The Institute for Production Engineering and Forming Machines (PtU) is one of the departments of the faculty of mechanical engineering at the technical university of Darmstadt (TU Darmstadt). I was hired as a student research assistant into the PtU research group "Smart Structures".• I co-developed and co-executed laboratory experiments in the field of forming engineering and performed literature researches• I analysed measurements data• I realised CAD construction works to support scientific staff members• I helped writing a patent that is currently resulting in a technology transfer project (Start-up "Consenses GmbH")
