Responsible for Southern Europe Operations Management, which includes: 11 Production Plants (ASU; HyCO; CO2 and N2O) with a capacity of +3000 MTD; more than 40 installations in customers sites, Remote Operation Center (ROC), Plant Maintenance team and the Quality and Energy Departments. Leading diverse teams of over +100 people.Functional Area- Develop business perspectives through Sales and Operations Plans (S&OPs), reporting weekly follow-up to the Scorecards. Ensures that operational excellence is achieved, assuming full responsibility for the Energy Budget (€ 75M).- Key member in the Large Project Negotiation Team, supporting the Business Development Manager.- Provide Technical support to the Commercial Team and Strategic role to agilely liaise with other areas of the business and the Headquarters Teams (UK). - Manage the Project portfolio, serving as PMO in projects planning, coordination, technical development and monitoring.

Manage the implementation of new projects including all phases (initiating, planning, executing, control & monitoring and closing).Main achievements: 100% of objective compliance. With an initial investment of € 1.8M, 4000TM of CO2 distribution is reached in 2 years and a sales volume exceeding € 2MM / year, the Quality Certifications implementation were a key factor to comply with customers requisitions.
