Roll: Member of the Executive Team representing the company in the Executive Committee of AEGE (Association of Companies with High Energy Consumption). Responsible for the development and implementation of the required infrastructures for the production and supply of green hydrogen in Southern Europe. Identify synergies with companies in the sector and establish alliances to cover the entire value chain.Functional Area- Develop and implement the required infrastructure for the production and supply of green hydrogen in Southern Europe across the entire value chain according to the corporate strategy.- Consolidate the transition to green hydrogen for current customers and identify new business opportunities to drive the company's growth in the green hydrogen market.- Detect and develop new services that complement the company's portfolio for the use and application of green hydrogen in industry, transportation and energy transition as well as collaborate in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.- Manage the execution of projects throughout the project cycle to ensure execution according to the defined scope within the established time and budget.- Work transversally with other units and look for synergies.

Roll: Member of the Executive Team for Southern Europe, reporting to the Regional Director and representing the company in the Executive Committee of AEGE (Association of Companies with High Energy Consumption). Responsible for Southern Europe Operations Management, which includes: 11 Production Plants (ASU; HyCO; CO2 and N2O) with a capacity of +3000 MTD; more than 40 installations in customers sites, Remote Operation Center (ROC), Plant Maintenance team and the Quality and Energy Departments. Leading diverse teams of over +100 people.Functional Area- Develop business perspectives through Sales and Operations Plans (S&OPs), reporting weekly follow-up to the Scorecards. Ensures that operational excellence is achieved, assuming full responsibility for the Energy Budget (€ 75M).- Key member in the Large Project Negotiation Team, supporting the Business Development Manager.- Provide Technical support to the Commercial Team and Strategic role to agilely liaise with other areas of the business and the Headquarters Teams (UK). - Manage the Project portfolio, serving as PMO in projects planning, coordination, technical development and monitoring.

Manage the implementation of new projects including all phases (initiating, planning, executing, control & monitoring and closing).Main achievements: 100% of objective compliance. With an initial investment of € 1.8M, 4000TM of CO2 distribution is reached in 2 years and a sales volume exceeding € 2MM / year, the Quality Certifications implementation were a key factor to comply with customers requisitions.

Roll & Functional Area: Plant technical support including efficiency control, catalyst evaluation, maintenance support, plant performance test execution, project implementation and new idea generation. I+D+I Contribution.Main achievements:✓ Application of LSS Black Belt techniques to reduce plant cost and optimize process operation ✓ H2 Energy plants optimization increasing the steam production (+10%) using a Predictive Control System.✓ Designed and built the first CO2 capture plant to recover CO2 from combustion flue gases produced in a glass factory. Executed from the Business Case to the Plant start up.
