• Working as a part of the indoor design team.• Planning in-building wireless network coverage through the iBwave Program.• Designing the in-building systems for (GSM-UMTS-LTE & Wi-Fi) upon KPIs.

- Monitoring Cell ,BSC and Area Levels, - Optimizing all KPI’s at Cell ,BSC and Area Level, - Troubleshooting all KPI’s at Cell ,BSC and Area Level, - Optimize and report the worst cell list (Daily alerter) on weekly basis for each cluster. - Capacity assessments including TCH and SDCCH dimensioning based on congestion ,traffic and anticipation. - Prepare new sites frequency and neighbor plan and follow up the integration of the site till all KPI’s are within the thresholds. - Handle cluster and global activities as CDR reduction, parameter audits…etc . - Manage VIP complains and normal complains within the specified SLA. - Supervise the global DT activities( Redesign, Complains and Routine DT’s)
