The Global Head of Loan Agency at Apex is in charge of the Loan Agency business from a Product and Operations perspective, driving the development and operational execution of the product strategy and overseeing the implementation, delivery and ongoing management of the Loan Agency services for our clients around the globe.

Product management from pipeline of new product initiatives to adoption and overall product oversight.Key responsibilities:- Manage the deployment of the Product Roadmap for Private Debt on a global scale- Lead / manage new product development - scoping, technology selection, procurement, build, development, testing, documentation / training materials, and implementation- Co-ordinate closely with innovation team around new product requirements- Lead / manage current product improvements - development, upgrades, change improvements, and system integrations- Provide technical support for new debt products to new geographical locations- Manage the pipeline of new product initiatives for Private Debt

• Accountable for the operational processes relating to the Iberian hub’s lending portfolio, including all kind of domestic and international transactions in the fields of corporate financing, structured finance (Project & Export, Real Estate, Leveraged) Shipping, NPL's, complex refinancing, transactional banking. • Functional management of the local Trade Operations team since 2012, responsible for the operational processes related to a wide range of Import/Export Trade Finance products. • Acting Head of Lending Middle Office France during 2015: interim coverage of the role owner’s temporary leave. Role deliverables included: monitoring of the deal pipeline and the daily activity of the team, technical and operational advice, referral point for escalation, among others.Achievements: • Implementation at the regional level in EMEA of a new standardized operating model for the Middle Office area, assuming the functional leadership of the project.• Right-sizing and merge of the local Middle Office and Trade Operations areas under my management. First point of contact for resolution of operational issues.Achievements:• Homogenization of the operating procedures of the area, including activities such as information gathering, capturing processes, documentation and validation with SME's.
