Facilitating innovation by organizing innovation events (hackathons, startup events, design thinking, gamification workshops, VC pitches...), developer relations, driving internal and external communities with innovative topics, connecting innovators with people who can bring their innovations to the market. Developed a quality assurance tool and analytics software for the car assembly line at the BMW Dingolfing plant. The factory workers assembling the cars entered quality data at the work stations. This data was then analyzed with a drag&drop analytics client to report on quality data.
