I have a 40 year experience in logistics and supply chain management. I' m the supply chain manager in charge ; I check logistic performances through KPI for each business line and division, I evaluate logistic external transporters through KPI and I am responsible for the logistic budget in accordance with company policies. I am in charge of all tariff negotiations with italian and foreign transporters and forwarding agents. My tasks include transportation, distribution management through Transportation Management System , warehouse management of group's sites with WMS , supervision of packaging processes in order to optimize package and pallets logistic performances. I am responsible for the running of the Group logistic SAP module and I have partecipated to the setting up of the “customizing” part of it as Team Leader ; I am an expert of the SD, MM and Transportation SAP module. I have developed the group's logistic distribution system in compliance with service targets and costs decided by the company management. I have built the CRP (Continuous Replenishment Program) for our most important italian customers and our American and French subsidiaries companies. My responsibilities have included delivering customer projects, requirement scoping, design implementation, customization and support our customers, material management and operation management.
