The CLAdirect Sales Operations Vice President (VPSO) will direct the support investments in Sales organization effectiveness and manage functions essential to the sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, sales process optimization and sales program implementation. Furthermore the VPSO will be actively involved in quota setting and management, recruiting and selection of sales force talent.The VPSO will act as a custodian of the sales process and ensures unified tools and processes; a united understanding of the company’s overall strategy including a cohesive language definition across all organizations. Within this scope the VPSO is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. Based in Miami, FL with subsidiaries and offices in Argentina and Venezuela and Colombia Line of products includes IP PBXs from 1 line and 8 SIP extensions to several T1/E1s and more than 500 extensions. The company bought pieces of hardware OEM from well-known manufactures in US, Europe and Taiwan and assembly the IP PBXs in US and Argentina customizing them to the companies needs in Latin America and based on logistic efficiency

With subsidiary in USA (Interserver Inc) was sold to PSINet in 1999 Started up and managed operations in both ISP companies with several POPs in Argentina and a POP in Miami, FL. Designed and implemented IP networks operations for both companies Started up VoIP operations in Argentina, Peru and Miami, FL. Installed a C band satellite earth station in Buenos Aires, Argentina for VoIP. Dealt with international voice carriers
