I have a broad experience on initiating and taking part of colaborative projects, both in the professional and social and community area. This motivated me to take courses on facilitation and groups' management. I consider essential to look at group work through a gender perspective, in order to give a more accurate and effective approach and service to the organizations I work with.Currently, I am working with Helena Sanmamede in the project 50pés consultoras, which aims to give a global service to entrepreneurs at different stages of their project. I also facilitate cooperatives, associations and individuals, and keep myself active and aware of group dynamics by taking part in different collective projects in my country.I can work in English, Galician, Spanish and Portuguese.
