In my role I worked closely with advocacy groups, lobbyists, and key political stakeholders in implementing initiatives aligned with Fl. Leadership's electoral efforts throughout the state of Florida. I also successfully coordinated grassroots efforts and voter outreach to targeted voters in order to advance the Florida Leadership's policy and electoral agenda throughout the state. Delivered results and communicated the committee's political efforts and operation through reports to stakeholders of the Florida Leadership PAC.

In this role I developed a deeper understanding of state government and how to use it for the benefit of clients’, ranging from tech. companies to non-for-profit organizations, and their issues. I worked closely with RSA's CEO and COO in advancing clients' interests in front of Florida's state and local elected officials. I analyzed proposed government policy and attended state and local legislative proceedings to then prepare detailed reports of interest to our clients' policy objectives. Also worked on organization of clients' legislative trips to Tallahassee for meetings with elected officials and state agencies personnel.

• Organized campaign fundraising events.• Arranged campaign canvassing activities that connected with thousands of voters in a daily basis. • Responsible of the management of campaign staff and volunteers (more than 17 staffers). • Targeted possible voters and created canvassing packets through WebElect. • Managed campaign communications between political consultants, interest groups, elected officials and voters. • Composed campaign messaging through mass email tools (mailchimp).

As an intern for RSA Consulting I was able to get first hand experience of Florida's political process. My work was based in Tampa, and in Tallahassee during the 2016 legislative session. Helped in the arrangement of receptions and meetings with legislators for multiple clients, community groups, and business organizations representing various industries in the state of Florida. Also tracked the legislative process of bills in the Florida legislature that were important for clients. Among many other research, and policy focused duties.

Intern at the Hillsborough Board of County Commissioners as member of Commissioner's Victor D. Crist staff. I was involved in matters regarding the Hillsborough Aviation Authority, Hillsborough Public Transportation Commission, and District #2 of the county. Also involved with matters regarding constituent and community work and outreach.
