Besides providing advisory services to specific clients and projects, mainly ICT-based, I am undertaking a step beyond in my career, thus in process of studying and launching a new groundbreaking ICT research and venture initiative. Still in its confidential stage, I am currently dealing with feasibility studies, users/clients validation, business planning, building the right team, partnerships building (local and international) and (pre-seed) funds raising, among others.

Detecting and managing RTDi opps for multiple clients and verticals in Europe…. - Responsible to lead the European and international innovation and business development through Policies and projects generation, capital raising and partnerships building; - Representative to deal with networking strategies and tactics with the mapped stakeholders; - Coordinating teams of consultants with regards to EU innovation policies, papers and projects preparation (intelligence, lean & design thinking, disruptive techs, etc); - Promote & design of novel proprietary technology and transfer concepts and methodologies ie. accelerators, impact, state of the art, scrum/agile, competitive design thinking, disruptiveness…; - Several roles: Director of EU Affairs at UIIN (University Industry Innovation Network, Germany, UE), International Director at Avantia XXI, Project leader at Inspiralia, Mentor at THL, among others.- Strong base of contacts with clients and science/business partners in Europe and beyond (ie. UIIN advisory and UPM intermediation; EU initiatives dealing with innovation and Lean entrepreneurship with NCPs/EENs, Digital Europe/NTAs,…; MEDIA Dev Programme initiative; CEOE and EOI lectures, EIT, Chinese; Chilean and Portuguese organisations; mentoring to startups at THL, ..).
