Acting as Sport Entries consultant as part of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games observer programme.Supporting the Beijing 2022 Sport Entries team during the Delegation Registration Meetings (DRMs) as well as the preparation of training on all operations after the Entries deadline.Supporting IOC on the creation of reports.

Responsible for managing the Sport Entries Asia and Oceania team.Acting as focal point for the planning and implementation of common projects with the Accreditation and NOCs/NPCs Relations & Services FAs such as training, preparation of forums and seminars, NOCs/NPCs visits.Responsible for all communications with FINA (International Swimming Federation), WPS (World Para Swimming), WSPS (World Shooting Para Sport) and the implementation of Sport Entries and Qualification related projects.Responsible for the estimations of the NOCs/NPCs team size and cooperation with internal FAs such as Village Allotment and Protocol for their planning purpose.Responsible to produce the Sport Entries Manuals and its translation in Spanish. Assisting in developing the SEQ system.Responsible for managing the SEQ budget within the OCOG.

Offering temporary multilingual translation services in Chinese, Spanish and Italian focusing on the translation of written materials such as brochures and catalogues.Providing language support during meetings and conference calls with foreign delegates and ensuring accurate information flow between the parties.

Managing the implementation of the Sport Entries process and operational activities.Managing the development of Sport Entries deliverables including policies and procedures.Assisting in the development of the Sport Entries System in conjunction with the external technology partner.Liaising on behalf of Sport Entries with the Asian and International Sports Federations.Responsible for estimating the delegation team size of the NOCs.Managing and participating in all the training and orientation of Sport Entries workforce and Sport Information Centre volunteers.Managing all operations of Sport Information Centre during Games time.

Assisting the 44 National Olympic Committees and 42 National Paralympic Committees of Asia during the implementation of the Sport Entries process and ensuring that all the athletes qualified, eligible and within the set quotas are officially registered to participate in the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games.Acting as focal point with International Federations on all qualification and entries related issues.Liaising with other key Rio 2016 Functional Areas such as Sport Competition, Accreditation, Technology, Results, NOC/NPC Services and Village to ensure all programme objectives are met.Assisting in the organization and attending important events such as the Chefs de Mission Seminars, Olympic Solidarity/OCA Regional Forums and pre-Delegates Registration Meetings.Participating in the development of all entries policies and procedures.Recruiting and managing of the Sport Entries Asia team.
