About Mario 'Ebhe' Manopo

I have obtained a Diploma of Hospitality at Polytechnic West in Perth Australia with a scholarship from the Australian Department of Education in 2014. I have dedicated myself in the hospitality industry, particularly in the area of Food and Beverage for over 20 years. After graduating from a Hotel & Tourism Institute in Jakarta in 1992, I started my job as a busboy at the first 4-star resort-hotel in Jakarta and worked my career up to the positions of Server, Trainer, Training Coordinator, Training Manager, Floor Manager, Operation Manager, Restaurant Manager and National Operation Manager, as well as contributed my skills in the Opening/Re-opening Teams of a number of restaurants/cafes. I also worked at Hard Rock Café Jakarta, Singapore, Bali and Sydney alongside other local and franchise cafes/restaurants. I have trained more than 500 people across levels over the period of 10 years from more than 5 organisations (local and franchise)
