I immigrated from Peru to Miami at 14 and have worked full time since. After graduating from UF, I spent 13 years in big consulting companies starting as a software developer and climbed the ladder. In 2013 I took a big leap and founded Predikto, a venture backed machine learning IoT software company. We predicted mechanical failures in trains and planes. We sold Preditko to a Fortune 50 in 2018. I continued managing business units with active M&A for another 5 years across different industries. I have been deploying EOS since 2014 and it changed my trajectory as a CEO leading to two successful exits. I am now an EOS / System and Soul implementer helping entrepreneurs achieve the same. I coach “All-In” startup founders, CEOs, and their SLT teams to gain clarity of vision and to get the traction they need to operate and scale effectively.
