Development & optimization of resources within the Design Office (DO), in support to managers:- Coordinating activities & interfacing with the Human Resources Division (HRD) on competency management and training-related topics (e.g., assessment of staff competencies, identification and follow-up of development needs based on competency gap analyses, deployment of the related HRD processes, development of additional tools for assessing technical expertise & skills…).- Providing support and guidance on competency management to other units (e.g., contributing to HRD’s update of the IO competencies database, advising a working group aimed at identifying and evaluating the necessary skills for budget and project controls…).- Developing internal trainings with subject matter experts (design of training programs; creation of training content based on experts’ inputs; facilitation of training sessions).- Facilitating internal communications, staff engagement, and knowledge management.- Project planning, execution, monitoring and reporting, and stakeholder management on DO-related topics (e.g., formalization of CAD requirements for Commissioning and Operation, update of the CAD Manual, specification of an I&C database…).

Competency management and support to project managers in Design Office (DO):- Evaluated staff competencies via annual interviews and delivered feedback to staff based on their results, in collaboration with the line manager, including possible development areas.- Developed annual training plans and monitored their implementation with HRD. - Designed and implemented a knowledge management process within the CAD Activities Section. - Proposed and carried out actions for improving staff satisfaction.- Provided project management support on DO-related activities (e.g., creation of CAD quality checklists; organization of workshops on Engineering Work Packages production methodology…).

In-depth deployment of the ITER Competency Model within the Design Office (DO), in partnership with the Human Resources Department:- Identified key competencies (both technical and behavioral) and defined the expected proficiency levels for each type of job profile in DO.- Organized interviews to evaluate staff competencies and gauge their satisfaction at work, and assessed results with line managers.- Proposed training solutions based on competency development needs.

Contribution to the deployment of ‘Voices for Change’, a project aimed at reducing and preventing domestic violence through media advocacy:- Helped prepare and facilitate trainings for women and LGBTQ people with experience of violence, enabling them to share their experience with the media and lobby for change.- Provided support and coaching to ‘Survivor Advocates’ before, during and after media interviews and public events.- Provided operational support, project reporting and evaluation, and drafted various communications to support the organization’s engagement with their members, partners, and government.- Developed a communication strategy and video campaign to prevent gender-based violence.

• Provided tutoring and support for students with disabilities.

- Managed and analyzed data for a country risk analysis tool (Robinson Country Intelligence Index).- Contributed to the creation of a digital learning course on International Issues.
