I have been working with Wild West trading Co for some time now, and my job is all over the map. I handle basic sales and retail tasks as well as opening and closing the store, loss prevention, and inventory. I manage a staff of 10-20 depending on the time of year. I am a buyer for both our vintage merchandise and new merchandise, I work closely with other retailers, and I am in charge of merchandising for my store which includes window dressing, floor plan, and imagery for marketing. I am also currently a contract photographer for the company.Since we are primarily a vintage store, part of my job is to act as personal stylist for customers. I have also set up a historically accurate apparel data base for my staff to use as reference.
