Responsible for marketing the business through local networks, corporate businesses, advertising and creating opportunities locally to highlight the studio to expand our client base. Develop and implement class schedules. Teach Pilates Mat, Pilates Barre and Pilates Cardio classes.

Provided leadership, sales and operational direction to 3 channels of business consisting of 36 showrooms, a catalog division and 6 third party distribution sites. Designed, developed and implemented sales strategies and measurement tools. Managed Regional Directors, ensuring initiatives were executed and associates were accountable for business results. Partnered with Regional Directors to develop coaching strategies to build bench strength and to ensure the development of high performance teams. Responsible for the day to day operations of the field. Acted as a liaison between the Support Center and the Field; focused on simplifying communication, creating process changes, launching new product and sharing updates across the business. Coordinated and communicated field workflow cross functionally.

Created and implemented succession plan strategies which set clear objectives for the hiring process, including required experience and skill level of candidates, fill-time expectation and bench goals. Defined interviewing process and provided educational tools to develop managers’ interviewing and networking skills. Partnered with teams throughout the roll out of initiative to network and to build a talent pool for current and future use.

Operated a $32 Million profit center; managed top 4 volume stores within the LOFT Division with volumes ranging from $6.7 million to $9.6 Million. Led the business and associate development initiatives to drive performance results. Conducted monthly meeting with general managers to review results, recognize accomplishments and capture opportunities. Leveraged district resources to allow talented managers lead, teach and affect the results of showrooms in the areas of Loss Prevention, Recruiting and Visual Merchandising.

Designed and created monthly training owned by store managers to develop Senior and Assistant Managers in all function areas, operations, visual merchandising, sales leadership and Human Resources.
