Shadowed a prosthetist, and a manufacturing engineer. Sizing, designing, manufacturing, testing and maintenance of prosthetic limbs and corsets.- 3D modelling of amputated limbs and torso for spinal injuries using a spectra-3D scanner.- Shadowed engineer in 3D CAD modification of scans using Canfit CAD software. - Fabricated foam models of orthoses, corsets and prostheses on a 3-Axis carver.

Researched existing state-of-the-art control systems used in bionic devices, and analysed their feasibility for the product under development.- Assessed different controls of robotic devices, as well as field-oriented control of motors and their potential use in the product prototype.- Extensive evaluation of prospective control systems, and recommended best path forward.

Designing, testing and manufacturing skis and an exoskeleton to support a handicapped athlete, aiming to ski through the North Pole.
