The Oxford Mindfulness Centre is an international centre of excellence within Oxford University’s Department of Psychiatry, working with partners around the world to prevent depression and enhance human potential through the therapeutic use of mindfulness.The Board of Trustees are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. Trustees are dedicated individuals who share the OMC’s values. We work with the organisation to deliver its goals across research, training, MBCT provision and policy/advocacy. The board meets throughout the year, using their diverse skills and experience to advise on strategy and ensure resources are used effectively for the sole purpose of the Foundation’s mission.
