• Providing a range of services including contract CFO services, transactional due diligence, financial modeling, business plan development and financial statement preparation and review

• Joined the Company after a strategic investment in early 2010 by LongueVue Capital in this West Virginia based provider of oilfield services in the Marcellus and Utica Basins• Led the design and implementation of new financial & accounting systems as well as a new operating system to manage the Company’s inventory of 10,000+ rental tools & equipment• Oversaw a period of dramatic growth, with revenues growing from $20 million to $55 million• Led two major financing transactions to provide the Company with growth capital to expand its operations• Directed the Company’s finance, human resources and IT functions through the Company’s eventual sale to BEA Logistics Services LLC, a s subsidiary of B/E Aerospace, Inc. in August 2013

• Lead the finance team for this publicly traded holding company with a portfolio of companies in the franchising and insurance industries in the United States and Canada• Hands on management of all financial reporting, including quarterly and annual public filings with the Toronto Securities Exchange• Assumed CFO role after serving as interim controller and consultant to the Company on various accounting and financial reporting matters

• Directed financial operations for this national leader in electronics recycling, remanufacturing and data destruction services with $95 million in revenue, nearly 1,000 employees and 8 recycling and remanufacturing sites• Led the financial integration of 5 acquired companies and the consolidation of financial operations into the corporate office while building a professional finance group to manage financial activities for the consolidated company• Performed extensive financial and operational due diligence for acquisition targets, including financial modeling and negotiation of asset purchase and debt agreements• Managed all treasury activities, including cash forecasting, negotiations with both new and existing debt and equity providers to secure funding for M&A transactions

• Responsible for day to day financial management of a privately held investment company with assets invested primarily in real estate, private equity and managed equity portfolios• Administrative responsibilities included accounting oversight, tax compliance and planning for more than 70 legal entities, including partnerships, corporations, LLCs and trusts

• Directed accounting, tax and treasury activities for privately held integrated communication provider with annual revenues in excess of $120 million• Key responsibilities included management of monthly financial closings, internal and external financial reporting, cash and debt management, and external audit and tax relationships• Directed integration of key back office financial systems and processes subsequent to merger with UniversalCom, including consolidation of duplicative functions and positions resulting in significant cost savings

• Responsible for establishing a disciplined finance organization at this integrated communications provider with revenues in excess of $35 million• Successfully conducted negotiations with financial institutions and key vendors to provide the Company with adequate capital resources during a period of intense growth and limited access to capital

• Active in numerous multi-billion dollar merger and acquisition transactions (public and private) including due diligence activities, pro forma financial statement preparation, and management of purchase accounting issues and purchase price allocations• Industries served included telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and not for profits
