For over 25 years I have been a problem solver and trusted advisor for companies facing tough talent challenges. I started out in strategy consulting as I was fascinated by shaping the big topics for the future and by approaching challenges in a strategic and analytical way. When I grew older, I added my interpersonal strengths and passion about working with people, which led quite naturally towards People Consulting and Executive Search. As a Board Advisor in the People, Talent and Organization space, I work with Boards and Management Teams and advise companies on the entire range of their leadership needs. With a background in strategy consulting and people consulting at leading companies like Korn Ferry, Kienbaum, strategy&, Kearney and IBM Consulting Group, I bring a broad perspective to every assignment, combining business acumen with talent insights.My People Credo?
