I am the software and hardware server administrator for the major systems at plant site such as OIS (PI), Automatic sootblowing System (ASI), Vibration Historian (Analyst), Nueco neural net (Processlink) and their modeling software, Graphic and logic read only software (DBDOC) and ABB composer control software. Co-administrator with engineering on Performance software (ETAPRO). Maintain plant control simulator. Develop Network Design and Fiber Optic systems, Managing and interfacing controls with multiple networks. Work with CSU IT department to develop new networks within CSU standards Maintain SCADA/PLCprogramming/interfacing. Development and management of maintenance contracts for Control system equipment.Mentor personnel in information related to DCS controls. Investigate issues related to plant upsets and condition changes.

This includes associated controls including Distributed control system, Programmable Logic Controller interfacing, logic changes and graphical interface changes for plant Human interface systems. Prepare detailed reports, updating procedures and other documents as a result of Combustion control changes and modifications. Planning, organizing, prioritizing and scheduling tasks. This required to know Combustion control systems with Digital/analog control schemes. Calibration and optimization of in-service equipment and systems. Promoted to Maintenance Specialist in order to concentrate on all phases of maintenance. The Synhytech Plants were undergoing major design changes, assigned reprogramming of plants two main control systems. Re-configured controls for new process, installed new field devices, calibrated and corrected PID's. Created and Maintainted Synhytech calibration files.
