Part of management team preparing for implementation of Sage 200 and proposed ISO 9001:2015 certification, reviewed existing systems and processes, developed and managed rollout of new, integrated procedures and work instructions (‘How Tos’). As a Business Systems Analyst I was responsible for liaising with the Finance Department to design, develop, install and implement new systems - specifically, a stationery stock control and purchase order system on a PC network.I also designed and implemented a financial management reporting system on a PC-based network linked to the corporate mainframe computer, which also included an expenses system. The main packages used for these developments were Dataease, Supercalc, WordPerfect and Novell Netware.
