I have been a field service operation manager for CDK Global since January 2001. I currently manage CDK Global Field Technicians and contract technicians who perform installation and service support to over 769 rooftops. I manage all onsite service and repair of 17725 assets. I schedule and manage all hardware and software installations and provide service support to include Cisco and Meraki networks, Cisco and Polycom IP Telephony, Cisco and Meraki Wireless networks, Linux, Unix and Window servers, Laser, impact and thermal printers, desktop scanners, pc's, notebooks, mobile devices, and software loads for CDK Global Dealer Management Systems. My territory includes the following: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and Northern California. I perform many HR duties.
