 Establish and maintain proper HSE administrative system. Advises the Site Manager in all HSE matters. Report all HSE issues to the Site Manager. Report all incidents, including near misses and with remedial actions to the client, consultant and the head office through the Site Manager. Manage the UDI HSE organization at the site. Review and evaluate HSE performance. Issue, where necessary, in accordance with the policy on high risk activities written instructions setting out the method of safe work. Ensure that adequate inspections are carried out and prepare reports for Site Stop any activity on site in case of immediate risk of injury, possibility of a near miss or any environmental operations where there is potential for any immediate, short, or long term negative impact on the environment and any deviation from the approved SSSP. Ensure that HSE rules and regulations are implemented and maintained in all areas of the project activities on the site. Provide advice and guidance such as may be needed in accident prevention. Oversee all of the HSE activities in compliance with laws/regulations and updates of standards and procedures to ensure consistency. Promote Safety Awareness and Environmental Awareness and ensure the provision of HSE Training at all levels. Reviews and approves HSE Plan of Subcontractors.
