- Provide advice on proposed balance sheet transactions.- Assist in the execution of balance sheet transactions.- Advise and assist in accounting for balance sheet transactions, including accounting for transactions in accordance with IFRS, advising on the operational implications of balance sheet transactions and considering the ongoing management and reporting implications of balance sheet transactions. - Oversee the financial reporting for SPVs to include preparation and review of journals, monthly accounts, quarter end accounts and year end financial statements.- Assistant company secretary to NAMA SPVs.- Secretary to the NAMA audit committee.
