As a Site Partnership Manager I am optimizing the cooperation with key accounts to realize the huge potential to significantly contribute to the portfolio execution. The main focus is on improved performance in clinical studies regarding patient numbers,timelines, data flow and quality and thus establishing Novartis as partner of choice in clinical trials.

Primary point of contact for strategic clinical sites leading communication and collaboration with the sponsor and principal investigators and staff to deliver results and expand cooperation. Provide risk-based solutions in terms of study execution to achieve target parameters within planned timelines. “Exceptional Impact Award” received for commitment and creative solutions. Award recipient recognized for proactive approach and critical thinking to identify potential improvements and initiate practical implementation.Experience includes:- Divisional townhall webinar moderator- Change agent initiating multi-national CRA effort to identify study improvement opportunities and remediate study process friction points with customers and patients. This customer focused improvement project includes: - IMP Package Label Improvements - Process Digitalization - Sustainability in Packaging & Temperature Logging- Developing strong site relationships and ensures continuity of site relationships through all phases of the trial- Global Development Audit participation by contributing and preparing site documentation and also acting as interviewee- Mentoring CRA team knowledge as acting process SME, buddy/mentor and best practice sharing- Responsible for monitoring 10 protocols and 27 sites in the indications hematology, solid tumors, early development and respiratory.

Responsible and accountable for successful management, monitoring and reporting activities for assigned clinical studies throughout their life cycle at all investigator sites. Monitoring experience includes national and international phase II-IV studies in the indications Respiratory and Oncology on behalf of Novartis Pharma GmbH.Experience includes:- Strong knowledge of clinical research process, including working knowledge of all functional areas of clinical trials and medical terminology- Developing effective relationships both internally within own function, cross functionally and externally with the investigator site staff to ensure that key clinical metrics are met - Ensuring integrity of clinical data through the ability to sufficiently maintain site tracking records - Being responsible for efficient and high quality clinical trial operations- Able to reason independently and recommend specific solutions in clinical settings- Schedule and lead proactive conference calls with clinical teams to track progress, identify issues, and implement remediation plans- Able to work routinely and independently, prioritize and work within a matrix team environment- Knowledge of current GCP/ ICH guidelines applicable to the conduct of clinical research - Able to handle severe priorities within multiple complex trials- Site management throughout the trial as primary contact point between sponsor and investigational site- Excellent written and communication skills to express complex ideas to study personnel at research and clinical institutions

We are a young spin off from the University of Tübingen. The founders - a team of 3 neurobiologists - are all active in retina research and have devoted ourselves to innovative ideas and products for visual and behavioral research for scientists worldwide. We acquired funding, presented our prototype at international conferences and acquired pilot customers in the startup phase. Startup funding acquired through the Innovation Grant of the University of Tübingen and the EXIST Business Startup Grant.
